Set inside the atmospheric Jungle Ballroom, the night blends high-energy performance with bespoke hospitality, featuring signature champagne cocktails, Diageo-led spirit showcases, and the continued elegance of Boll & Cie’s boutique selections.

Terms & Conditions for ticket sales:
1. Ticketing & Admission
• Entry is strictly for guests aged 18 and above. Valid photo ID is required.
• Ladies arriving before 10:30 PM are entitled to complimentary entry and a glass of Boll & Cie champagne or Diageo cocktail, subject to capacity.
• General Admission is priced at SGD $48++ and includes one glass of Boll & Cie champagne or Diageo cocktail.
• VIP table reservations are managed exclusively by Jungle Ballroom. KYMÉ does not handle table bookings.
• Admission is subject to venue capacity and management’s discretion, even with a valid ticket.
2. Ticket Purchase & Delivery
• Tickets must be purchased via the official KYMÉ platform only.
• KYMÉ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets purchased from unauthorized sources.
• Entry QR codes and details will be sent to the email provided at checkout. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure the information is accurate.
3. Refunds & Transfers
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed except in the case of event cancellation by KYMÉ.
• In the event of cancellation due to venue, DJ, or force majeure circumstances, KYMÉ’s liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
• Tickets may be transferred to another guest with written notification to KYMÉ at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Conduct & Safety
• Guests must comply with venue rules and conduct themselves respectfully. Disorderly behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
• KYMÉ and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unfit, including but not limited to intoxicated persons.
• Strictly no outside food or beverages allowed.
5. Photography, Media & Promotion
• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. These materials may be used by KYMÉ, Jungle Ballroom, or Boll & Cie for promotional purposes.
• All commercial use of photos or videos taken at the event without prior written consent from KYMÉ is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
• KYMÉ is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event, including but not limited to theft, personal injury, or property damage, except where required by law.
• All attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
7. Data Protection
• Personal data collected through the ticketing process will be used solely for event communications and internal analytics, in accordance with KYMÉ’s privacy policy.
8. Changes & Amendments
• KYMÉ reserves the right to amend these terms or make changes to the event (including artist line-up or programming) without prior notice, where necessary.
